Directions – Take US 30 to SR 2 South (Speedway & Centier on corner); turn south and go approximately 1 mile to Heavilin Road; turn left and immediately turn right behind the Animal Shelter.

 

The Porter County Sheriff’s Police Department is holding a public auction of surplus vehicles & equipment.  The items for auction include the following:

 

               

 

Vehicles – 1985 Chevrolet Blazer; 1985 Chevrolet Pick-up; 1995 Ford F-150; 1999 Ford E-250; (2) 1999 Ford Taurus; 2000 Ford Crown Victoria; 2000 Ford Taurus; 2001 Ford Taurus; 2001 Ford Crown Victoria; 1985 Mack Truck; 1995 International 4900; 1995 Chevy Model 1500; 1998 Dodge Ram 1500; 1999 Dodge Ram 1500.

 

                     

 

      

 

Miscellaneous Items – 1980 Snowmobile; 1980 Rogers 35 ton Low Boy trailer; miscellaneous office equipment; wheel rims; bicycles; computers & computer equipment.

 

TERMS of SALE – Cash in hand, cashier check or certified check.  There will be a 5% service charge added to all bids.  There will be 7% Indiana sales tax charged on all vehicles.  Announcements made the day of sale take precedence over printed materials.  Not responsible for accidents.  Each successful bidder will be required to make payment at time and on the spot of the sale.  Register with positive ID.  If you are tax exempt then you will need to show your tax exempt certificate.  Everything “AS-IS, WHERE-IS.”  All items must be removed from the premises the day of the auction.
